Rant & Review: "I Don't Know How She Does It"

I went by Redbox last night for a movie to pass the time during our quiet Saturday night at home.  Most everything was checked out, so I ended up with "I Don't Know How She Does It" by default.  I now believe that Sarah Jessica Parker is my doppelganger, only thinner and quirkier.

Lions and Tigers and First Graders, Oh My!

Yesterday, I got to spend the day with about 300 first graders at the Tulsa Zoo.  It isn't often I get to do that kind of straight-up mom stuff, but I planned ahead and kept my calendar clear and, low and behold, I had a whole day with my baby.

I hope everyone is surviving the return from Spring Break.  I enjoy Spring Break even though I generally work through it.  There is just something about Mike and the kids being home and getting to run around and have a good time that makes me happy.

Ramblings of a Basketball Mom/Wife

Last weekend was a basketball-full weekend for me.  I started with 6A girls high school basketball Friday night, followed by 4th grade girls basketball on Saturday morning, and finished off with some more high school ball on Saturday night.  Don't you wish you were me (she said with sarcasm)?
